Call Of The Shadows

This is a transcript of my conversation with a Ninjutsu master and instructor that I had the privelege of being introduced too. I was intrigued by his serious manner, and indifference to most things people consider important. So here it is, the interview with a shinobi. I hope it will be as eye opening and life transforming for you as it was for me.

IVR : Tell me, -- , why did you agree to this interview - Doesn't that go against your image?

SH : Yes. But I do not strive to maintain an image. I agreed to talk to you, because no matter how you portray me in the end, whether as a sage or a madman, someone will finally heed the shadows call because of my words. That is why I speak.

IVR : The shadows call? What does that mean?

SH : The shadows call is a term I use for the realization of a warrior destiny. Some feel it already... your so-called dojos are filled with people seeking a martial way. They can never find it there, for even those places are rooted in following what is considered acceptable. When one comes face to face with their true art, and realizes their destiny, that is the shadows call. To heed the shadows call, however, it takes a true warrior, so those without pure intention will fail.

IVR : You speak as though many have this `warriors destiny', although the kind of activity someone like you engages in and teaches, is considered dangerous and sometimes unlawful by the rest of society. Why should one choose to defy both society and the law?

SH : Men change their minds, and over time they change their laws. Nothing in government controlled society is ever the same for long. Once this nation banned the drinking of alcohol, and once its law allowed a man to kill another man in the street with "proper cause". Those laws are now reversed, as are many others. If you think on it, you will know what I say is true. To embark on a true warrior path, one must be willing to be though of as a fool, in order to better himself. It has been the same for many ages... `society' as you call it, will shun us in time of peace, and run to us in time of chaos and destruction.

IVR : Why do think that is ?

SH : We order are daily lives in chaos and destruction. We are not content to be comfortable. When others are shaken by the loss of normality, we are not affected. They have wasted their time in achieving worthless self goals, while we exist in the harsh reality to come.

Be Whoever You Need to Be

Some people might say that this is being dishonest. It's not. This is something that people do naturally. Some people just do it better than others. And once you understand what to do, you will notice that you have done much of these things all your life. Also, it'll be fun to notice all the times Will is doing these things, so pay attention dammit.

Ready kids? Here we go…

How to Build Rapport

Research has found that most of our communication with others is done via nonverbal means. In other words, although we may be talking with someone, only 7 percent of the total communication the other person receives is verbal. That's right, kids! Only SEVEN percent of what they receive are your actual words. Our tone of voice, or HOW we say it, conveys a larger 38 percent. And the remaining 55 percent comes from our facial expressions and body language.

This is significant. This is VERY significant. The vast majority of our communication with someone, the vast majority of what they will pick up from you as they decide if they like what you say and do, comes from everything BUT the actual words you say. Instead, it's more important HOW you say it and it?s more important what you do with YOUR BODY when you say it.

* 7% - Words
* 38% - How words are said
* 55% - Body Language

There's a statement floating around relationship-world that is entirely wrong: Opposites attract. This is just not true. People like people who are like them. When you first meet someone, what?s the first thing you do? You talk about the weather, sports, music, whatever UNTIL you find something in common. "Oh my gosh! I LOVE the beach!" Once you find that commonality, the conversation kicks into gear.

Even in those relationships where they insist that they like the person because they are "So much NOT me" they will find many instances where they share many likes and dislikes. It?s the commonalities, the shared interests, which make a relationship work.

So, how can you get people to like you?

Reality

So, you've come this far, time to gain a little insight. This article is unedited by it's author, the ideas are free flows of thought, simply ignore what doesn't make sense to you as I may not have communicated it in a way that your brain can perceive and understand. Form your own ideas.

You are not special. You are an animal running primarily on animal instincts. You posses only the illusion of free will, what will be will be. The reality which you live in exists only in your head, it is nothing more than a distorted simplified version of the true reality, something which no person can actually exist in. Everyone lives in their own reality. Nothing you say or do will have any effect as time passes, other than as a step towards the future, which will come to pass and be forgotten just like you. Any god you worship is nothing more than an illusion, a method of control put into place by the authorities. Nothing is "true" or correct.

You are not special:

There are 7 billion other humans existing in this moment alone, each of whom has their own aspirations and dreams, rules, morals, beliefs, families, troubles, etc. Nothing about you makes you any more or less important than the person beside you. Get over yourself, learn some empathy.

You are an animal running primarily on animal instincts. You posses only the illusion of free will:

Human beings evolved from animals, wrong. Human beings are animals, we just consider ourselves superior and apart from "the animals" because we are smarter (in a sense). To use an analogy that you may be able to grasp, all life is like a computer program. Each organism follows a set of rules governed by their DNA (programming), they receive input (additional programming), and then give feedback, or output based on the input. When you are first born you have only your DNA to give you output based on the input (your experiences). As your experiences build, the programming of your mind builds too, and then all input is sorted through your DNA and your previous experiences. All of the output you give seems like a choice you're making (out of free will) but is really simply the only choice you can make based on you programming. This illusion of free will makes people that much easier to control; an intelligent person can manipulate another by programming them verbally (giving them experiences) to get a desired result, and the person being manipulated still feels as though they are making the decision, even though the decision was modified based on the reprogramming done by the other individual. If you can become conscious of the fact that you lack free will, you can fight against people trying to program you, don't worry if you cannot see that you don't have free will, your programming simply won't allow it.

Everyone lives in their own reality:

There is a universe in which we all reside, but where we live is our own heads. We take this universe in through our 5 senses (potentially we lack additional senses which would help us perceive a fuller understanding of the universe) as electromagnetic signals sent through our nerves. All of these inputs are filtered by our programming, sorted and stored. Everyone has different programming, so everyone filters, sorts, and stores the exact same event in the universe differently in their own reality. This reality exists as the completed, simplified picture we have inside our heads, a picture in which we are the center. Why do you think it was so easy for humans to universally agree that we are the center of the universe, we're all the center of our own reality. Your reality is different than someone elses, they cannot fully understand the reality you are living in just like you cannot understand the reality they live in. This means you can't "figure people out" like so many ignorant mind readers do (minding reading is the socially accepted standard of making assumptions about someones internal thoughts and feelings, their "reality" based upon their external reactions which are filtered through your reality, meaning the external action they generate from their reality is not the same as the one perceived in your reality, as the programming is different. don't make assumptions about people). This also means that no matter how hard you try, you can never fully communicate with someone, besides the language barrier alone their is the barrier of different programming in each brain. When you communicate do the best you can to get your point across, never assume someone understands in the slightest, because when you assume that, not only have you assumed incorrectly, you've given them room to make assumptions about what your saying that is not what you're trying to say, they fill the blanks in with their own ideas which they assume are yours.

Nothing you say or do will have any lasting effect: You cure a disease, another disease comes along to take it's place. Nature is a balance of cycles constantly wiping away the previous to be replaced by the new. The universe is one extremely complicated chemical reaction, beyond the understanding of any man. Everything that you do, regardless of whether you deem it big or small, important or not, has roughly the same effect in the end: it's just a building block onto the next chemical reaction. Every one of your ideas is like a molecule of oxygen bonding with some hydrogen to make some water, which will then be broken back down, on and on and on; your initial contribution will always be lost into the whole which will constantly modify itself, every action is just a stepping stone in a never ending reaction. Even though some things will leave a more noticable effect that may seem to last longer, eventually it will mean nothing.

God is an illusion: There is no higher being who watches over every human making sure that what they do is right, and that people doing the wrong things are punished. There is no reward for living a good life other than the self satisfaction of not being an asshole. The idea of god programs those that are succeptable to it to be far more malleable to those controlling them. It's like having a leash on an already obediant sheep. By believing in god, you do less harm to those around you, you accept your given life regardless of your station, and you constantly work hard today for a tomorrow that will never come. This turns people into more productive machines, obeying the rules set out by their controllers under the guise of god. Work hard, don't question the tasks which you do, be a hardworking slave for little money, donate a portion of that little money away, be thankful for anything that you do have, don't question why other people have more than you, repent your sins and they will be forgiven. All this does is ensure people are less distracted from their task of generating wealth for the controlling powers. Stop being a cog in the wheel of greed.

Nothing is "true" or correct: Everything that is labelled a fact is simply a globally accepted view of the world. This doesn't mean it is correct, it just means it makes sense based on all the other "facts" that came before it. Really, they are all simplified versions of the true facts of our reality, which none of us will ever be able to see, due to a complex nature which is beyond human understanding other than in simplified (and therefore incorrect) versions. The earth is flat, no it's a perfect sphere, no it's flattened out in the middle because of it's rotation. The "facts" of life change every day based on new findings. The only condition of any fact: it must make sense logically to a human when it is meshed in with the other "facts" that came before it. This is why ideas that may be more true than the ones we have, but do not mesh with a large group of older facts, don't always get accepted. People do not want to believe that what they believe is wrong, or could be more right, therefore they dismiss a fact if it is too complicated for their understanding, or does not "mesh" with their other "facts". Everything you believe is just a convoluted mess of ideas that, to human logic, make sense, regardless of how true they are in reality. This is why the facts of an individuals reality do not correspond with the true nature of our reality; yet people think they are correct. Thankfully, some of our simplified observations about the world that are semi correct have allowed us to do great things, like all the sciences. science is far from correct, but the knowledge that we build up allows us to better manipulate the things around us. If we knew the truth about the physical matter of our reality, we could do literally anything.

Finally: The only certainty in this life that you have is this moment right now, right NOW, this is all you have. Don't waste your days hoping that after you die it will all get better, don't waste your youth hoping that when you're older it will get better. Life is always as good or as bad as it gets, don't let the days pass you by living for tomorrow. Don't be afraid to believe in things. Sure you may not be totally correct and aligned with the true reality, but no one can do it. You need to believe in the things that make sense to your programming if you want to be happy, believing in nothing gives you nothing, no reason to get up. Don't be afraid to care about anything that you feel you should care about. If you care, it means it's something that your programming dictates you should do, so do it. The only way to be truly happy is not to conform to others, but to conform to yourself. Don't feel bound by the rules that others enforce, or you will contradict the rules of yourself; when this happens you feel nothing but grief. A perfect example is drugs. They open your brain to a whole variety of experiences not possible in any other way, they alter all your filters, essentially putting you into a new reality for a short period of time. If you enjoy a drug, but feel bad about doing it because other people tell you not to, you won't feel good when you're trying to enjoy the new reality which it allows you to experience. All the rules of other people are just attempts to make you a slave so they can profit. If you do drugs you're not spending that time working hard, no one is making money off of you. Do you think that there is enough material in this world for everyone to have a big house with a big lot and 2 cars? this only exists because a large fraction of the population slaves away while the rich reap the benefits. Don't be a slave to your controllers, don't let them control you. Think for yourself, be yourself, question anything anyone asks you, there is always some nature of selfishness behind it. Most of all, do everything within your abilities to be happy for the longest period of time. Don't ruin your future because you concentrated too much on the present (many teenagers throw their lives away in highschool because they don't realize that soon it will be over and they must switch from being a dependant to making their own way in the world), don't ruin your present because you concentrated too much on the future: every day that passes seems slightly shorter due to the relative scale of your whole life. when you've lived one day after one day, thats your whole life, when you've lived one day after 10000 (approx 27 years), it doesn't seem as long. If you waste all the longer seeming days in hopes of brighter shorter seeming days, you've really blown it. find your balance. Have fun today, but remain proactive about tomorrow, don't let the happiness of others jepordize your own.

Most important of all, breathe

The Social Matrix

Unfortunately, no one can be told what the Matrix is. You have to see it for yourself, to believe it.

The Matrix is the reality that has been pulled over your mind's eye; to blind you from the truth.

And the truth is… that The Matrix (the movie) isn’t "just" a movie… but symbolic of the real world.

There is more to reality than appears at first glance. Most people tend to perceive only the surface of reality-- content to exist in a myth of the consensus reality; rarely conceiving to look beneath. Analogous to judging a book by its cover.

In actuality, The Matrix is a profound metaphor illustrative of a reality construct that most are not aware of… are not ready, willing or able to acknowledge. The epitome of science fiction, it brilliantly presents relevant contemporary social commentary on the human condition; cleverly hiding revelation out in the open, in the form of a movie--- thus making the ideas within more acceptable and accessible to the general public. Thematically incorporating perennial spiritual truths from Christianity, Buddhism and Gnosticism, it aspires to inspire us... encouraging us to free our mind and liberate our soul.

The Matrix also functions as myth, so it is important to understand that this is not merely a fantasy, but a depiction of a latent subcultural recognition of the free man archetype that resides within Human nature.

A common mistake made by the common man is to regard and summarily devalue fiction as irrelevant frivolity.

However, dismissing this extraordinary & revolutionary movie as mere 'eye candy' and/ or childish diversion would be, in essence, completely missing the point of the story.

Which proves my point.

The point being that we are slaves; held captive by a general ignorance of our condition… of who and what we are... who and what we can be. I suppose those people aren't really to blame for their ignorance of their plight.

Your Own H-Bomb

PART I: MAKING YOUR BOMB

Making and owning an H-bomb is the kind of challenge real Americans seek. Who wants to be a passive victim of nuclear war when with a little effort you can be an active participant? Bomb shelters are for losers. Who wants to huddle together underground eating canned Spam? Winners want to push the button themselves. Making your own H-bomb is a big step in nuclear assertiveness training - it's called Taking Charge. We're sure you'll enjoy the risks and the heady thrill of playing nuclear chicken.

INTRODUCTION

When the feds clamped down on The Progressive magazine for attemptng to publish an article on the manufacture of the hydrogen bomb It piqued our curiosity. Was it really true that atomic and hydrogen bomb technology was so simple you could build an H-bomb in your own kitchen? Seven Days decided to find out. Food editor Barbara Ehrenreich, investigative reporter Peter Biskind, Photographer Jane Melnick and nuclear scientist Michio Kaku were given three days to cook up a workable H-bomb. They did and we have decided to share their culinary secrets with you. Not that Seven Days supports nuclear terrorism. We don't. We would prefer to die slowly from familiar poisons like low-level radiation, microwaves, DDT, DBCP, aflatoxins, PBBs, PBCs, or food dyes, rather than unexpectedly, say as hostage to a Latvian nationalist brandishing a homemade bomb. In our view the real terrorists are the governments, American, Soviet, French, Chinese, and British, that are hoarding H-bombs for their own use, and worse still, those governments (U.S., French and German) that are eagerly peddling advanced nuclear technology to countries like South Africa, Brazil, and Argentina so that they can make their own bombs. When these bombs are used, and they will be, it will be the world's big-time nuclear peddlers, along with corporate suppliers like General Electric, Westinghouse, and Gulf Oil, that we can thank for it. Gagging The Progressive will do no more for national security than backyard bomb shelters because like it or not the news is out. The heart of the successful H-bomb is the successful A-bomb. Once you've got your A-bombs made the rest if frosting on the cake. All you have to do is set them up so that when they detonate they'll start off a hydrogen-fusion reaction.

1. GETTING THE INGREDIENTS

Uranium is the basic ingredient of the A-bomb. When a uranium atom's nucleus splits apart it releases a tremendous amount of energy (for its size). And it emits neutrons which go on to split other nearby uranium nuclei, releasing more energy, in what is called a 'chain reaction'. (When atoms split matter is converted into energy according to Einstein's equation E=mc2. What better way to mark his centennial than with your own atomic fireworks?) There are two kinds (isotopes) of uranium, the rare U-235, used in bombs, and the more common, heavier, but useless U-238. Natural uranium contains less than 1 percent U-235 and in order to be usable in bombs it has to be 'enriched' to 90 percent U-235 and only 10 percent U-238. Plutonium-239 can also be used in bombs as a substitute for U-235. Ten pounds of U-235 (or slightly less plutonium) is all that is necessary for a bomb. Less than ten pounds won't give you a critical mass. So purifying or enriching naturally occuring uranium is likely to be your first big hurdle. It is infinitely easy to steal ready-to-use enriched uranium or plutonium than to enrich some yourself. And stealing uranium is not as hard as it sounds. There are at least three sources of enriched uranium or plutonium.

A Nation Asleep

"Until they have become conscious they will never rebel, and until after they have rebelled they cannot become conscious"

- George Orwell

We are here today in a search for knowledge. I think all of us want to learn about each other and even ourselves. But I find it curious that so few of us wish to know what the government is doing. Today, as we speak, our legislators our making decisions which will ultimately effect our lives. Yet, we do not seem to care. Is ignorance bliss? I cannnot believe that or we would not be here today. But how many of you know how many Justices are on the Supreme Court and what their names are? What is the issue on the Hill today and who is lobbying for and against it? I can't pass judgement on you because I too am guilty of ignorance.

The people of the United States have not been in touch with their government for a long time. Even during 1930s people thought, as some do today, that they could live comfortably off their Social Security Checks. Now our elderly have no money and many have low standards of living and poor medical care. It was never fully explained to them just what Social Security was. It was their responsibility to ask.

Can anyone tell me the difference between Soviet propaganda and a United States press release? Or Libyan Terrorists and American Commandoes? A lot of people probably could tell you. They would say that the government hides nothing and lets us draw our own conclusions and that the Soviets are always bias. They would say that commandoes were brave men, highly skilled in demolitions, used for dismantling enemy installations. A terrorist is scum who uses car bombs and kills for obscure political groups. Of course we know that depending on your point of view there is no difference. But people accept what the government tells them. This can't go on. Believing without thinking is criminal.

So what is the impact of letting the government make my decisions for me? What will not knowing who votes for what and when hurt me? Lot's of people knew of the problems with Savings and Loans. But no one seemed to question or inquire into its "questionable" actions. No one seemd to notice the large amounts of money appearing in legislators bank accounts, coming from the S&ls. And now it will cost the taxpayers 225 billion dollars to bailout these bankrupt institutions.

Time Distortion Techniques

In this hectic fast pace world, accelerated learning techniques are becoming increasingly more necessary. Learning through time distortion is harnessing the subconscious through conscious direction. "Instant" mental calculators and high speed readers (over 2,000 wpm) experience a sense of time distortion as information flashes through their mind in only seconds. Through self-hypnosis, you too can learn to review information in a time distorted fashion.

As an example, one concert violinist put herself into a self-hypnotic trance and through self-induced time distortion practiced her music in several different ways. By "playing" the difficult spots mentally, it helped her finger memory to improve in speed and accuracy. She was able to review long pieces over and over in very brief "world" time periods, and her technique and technical performance improved strikingly.

By repeating memorized material in a time distorted fashion, valuable associative patterns can be firmly established and conscious recall becomes more available. Using time distortion, problems can be reviewed and approached from all angles in a matter of seconds. Hypothetical lectures, appointments and scenes can be laid out in your mind, prepared for and visualized in a brief amount of time. Kinesthetic body movements in gymnastics or the martial arts can be reviewed in this way as well. Doing 'instantaneous' calculations and high speed mathematics can be learned with time distortion. In a similar way solutions to everyday problems can be achieved effortlessly and quickly. By simple trusting your subconscious mind, you establish a better awareness and faith in your own abilities.

As Einstein pointed out, time flows at different rates for each person. Some people have experienced their whole life flash before their eyes in a matter of seconds just prior to a sudden death-risking situation. Also dream researchers have discovered that a one minute dream sometimes feels like hours to a dreamer. In one experiment, hypnotized subjects were given imaginary tasks to perform in their minds -- like designing a dress and preparing a complicated meal. They were tricked into thinking they had an hour to accomplish their tasks, but they really had only 10 seconds. After 10 seconds had elapsed in world time, the hypnotized subjects experienced intricate and accurate detail in their inner perception that seemed to them to be a complete hour! Given the same tasks in the waking state often stymied them so badly that they couldn't think of a single dress design and actually prepared a meal in a very disorganized fashion. A posthypnotic interview revealed that the subjects experienced no difference in their "thinking" and that at no time did they feel hurried or speeded up. Time distorted thought thus seems to have superior clarity to normal conscious thought beset with constant distraction.

Mainstream Media Propaganda Techniques

Having worked in the newspaper business for 25 years, I'm often at pains to explain to folks that the pro-big-government slant of the news media (though very real) is not a "conspiracy," in the simplistic sense. That is to say, I've never known an editor to wear a hole in his carpet, pacing the floor as he waits for the phone call from the Tri-Lateral Commission (or whomever) to "instruct" him which stories to feature, and how to interpret them.

What goes on is much subtler than that, as you have correctly surmised. Unprepared young reporters are generally assigned to cover complex government agencies, whose meetings are full of undecipherable "code-talk" about bond ratings, amortization of tax-exempt debt, RFBs ("Requests For Bids,") ... a whole arcane sub-language.

In over their heads, smart young reporters will ask a helpful government bureaucrat or "Public Information Officer" to sit down and explain it all. PIOs "love" to do this. Soon, the reporter feels very important, and far more secure, as he or she carries around not only the government spokesman's office phone number, but also his/her home phone, cellular phone, and even pager number. Occasionally, "exclusive" interviews can be arranged with even more important figures.

What's more, those on the city desk are happy to be receiving copy from a reporter who seems to be a "quick study" at the complex science of squeezing revenues out of the taxpayers, and building up the size and power of government, all while making it sound like what's being done follows the most sensible and unimpeachable rules of economic science.

The reporter isn't actually bribed (though a few free dinners and "junkets" may come his or her way). Rather, he or she feels happy to have been inducted into the inner circles of the cognoscenti, those who "know what's what" and have quick and easy access to the powerful "decision-makers." The reporter's career advances as the politicians and flacks he or she met at city hall move up over time to offices at the state -- or even the U.S. -- capitol. The TV stations start inviting the new press "expert" to appear on talking head shows. Soon the reporter is buying tailored clothes from the same stores as the bureaucrats and officials he or she covers. ...

Spin a Car 180 Degrees

1. Put the car in reverse.

2. Select a spot straight ahead. Keep your eyes on it, and begin backing up.

3. Jam on the gas.

4. Cut the wheel sharply 90 degrees (quarter turn) around and simultaneously drop the transmission into drive. Make sure you have enough speed to use the momentum of the car to swing it around, but remember that going to fast (45mph or greater) can be dangerous and will flip the car and strip the gears. Turning the wheel left will swing the rear of the car left, turning it right will swing the car right.

5. When the car has completed the turn step on the gas and head off.

Berserking

The word Berserk is derived from a group of northern Europeans. Little is known of them, but they were absorbed by the Norse conquests. The tribesmen were said to have a habit of eating mushrooms and drinking urine before battle. Like many "historical facts" this is overblown, for the accounts came from Romans, who had given these traits to numerous Gallic and Germanic tribes. But this article is concerned little with the history of the word, just the implications of the state of mind that can be brought about in combat.

The state of "Berserk" can be entered not only in physical combat, but during extensive, grueling labor. This option gives the aspiring warrior an oportunity to practice the enterance of this perticular state without rising serious harm to a sparring partner - mind you once the state is entered in combat, any friends or foes shoud be wary, but all inhibition is lost!. The first few attempts while sober will be no doubt futile, but with hallucingenic drugs it is much easier. I will contrast the pro's and con's of using drugs to enter the state later in this article. Most importantly, the majority of people lack the ability to enter this rage, the only way to learn if you do is to try!

The Human Target: A Course in Self Defense

Sometimes when you are threatened with physical violence, a weapon to defend yourself with is not always available. Your hands, however, are always with you, and can be as lethal as any weapon. Below are a list of attacks that police are instructed not employ, as they may prove deadly.

  1. TEMPLE - A very susceptibile vital spot. If struck with sufficient force, may cause unconsciousness or death.
  2. NASION - This is the summit of the nose. If struck with sufficient force may cause death.
  3. PHILTRUM - This is the area between the upper lip and the bottom of the nose. Attack to this area may also cause unconsciousness or death.
  4. HOOK TO JAW - A powerful hook punch to the front side of jaw may snap an enemy's neck. Fatal.
  5. ADAM'S APPLE - A sharp blow here may cause enemy to asphyxiate.
  6. SOLAR PLEXUS - The small of back. May cause death.

The Stone Sky: Neoconstructive cultural theory, textual appropriation and socialism

1. Smith and the postconceptual paradigm of expression

If one examines postcapitalist rationalism, one is faced with a choice: either reject textual appropriation or conclude that sexual identity, ironically, has objective value. Postcapitalist rationalism holds that the State is part of the fatal flaw of consciousness, but only if the premise of textual appropriation is invalid; otherwise, we can assume that consensus comes from the masses.

“Art is intrinsically impossible,” says Derrida; however, according to Wilson , it is not so much art that is intrinsically impossible, but rather the failure, and eventually the fatal flaw, of art. It could be said that if postcapitalist rationalism holds, we have to choose between capitalist discourse and neotextual dialectic theory. Postcapitalist rationalism implies that sexual identity has significance, given that narrativity is interchangeable with truth.

But an abundance of deconstructivisms concerning the meaninglessness of subsemanticist culture exist. Lacan promotes the use of Debordist image to read society.

Thus, Werther suggests that we have to choose between capitalist discourse and Lacanist obscurity. The subject is interpolated into a postcultural dematerialism that includes narrativity as a reality.

Therefore, the primary theme of the works of Smith is the bridge between language and class. Lyotard’s essay on postcapitalist rationalism implies that culture serves to entrench sexism.

2. Narratives of fatal flaw

“Sexual identity is used in the service of the status quo,” says Foucault. However, Sontag uses the term ‘textual appropriation’ to denote the role of the poet as participant. The premise of postcapitalist rationalism holds that society, somewhat paradoxically, has intrinsic meaning, but only if textual appropriation is valid.

Thus, Baudrillard suggests the use of capitalist rationalism to attack sexism. The subject is contextualised into a postcapitalist rationalism that includes reality as a totality.

In a sense, if capitalist discourse holds, the works of Smith are not postmodern. Sartre promotes the use of postcapitalist rationalism to challenge and modify sexual identity.

It could be said that the main theme of la Fournier’s analysis of textual appropriation is the meaninglessness, and some would say the absurdity, of postcultural society. The subject is interpolated into a capitalist discourse that includes art as a reality.

Basics Of Personality

In everyday life, we are subjected to parodies.

Parodies are criticisms and witticisms created by often intelligent people, trying to change the world through exaggerating problems or faults of a certain subject.

the problem with parodies is that people tend to forget that they are indeed parodies, in fact many try to live a clearer example of the very parody making fun of them.

The truth is, the biggest revolutions and advancements go unnoticed-or are made popular for the wrong reason.

Role playing bad examples is not restricted to television, but to all medias, to anything subject to disillusion.

In fact, I don't believe small children are as controlled by television as adults.

As children we're pushed to extinguish the imaginary, and realize the reality.

As adults we are completely void of imagination and nearly all creativity. Because imagination and emotion are parts of true intelligence, there are few geniuses and few "revolutionists" or world-changers.

revolutionists however, as well as geniuses are nothing more than socially accepted-psychos.

Insanity is definitely tied to over-emotion as well as over-imagination.

As well, insanity is simply the effects of human traits often considered faults(emotion and imagination) pushed to their extreme.

All "normal" beings are subject to being controlled, is it not true that we are all controlled by the unlimited amount of ads and advertisements blasted at us through television and radio 24 hours a day, 365 days a year?

If most of us wasn't controlled and actually bought the products advertised why would they spend millions to put it out?

Therefore, we must accept we can be controlled by others.

Even if it seems like their influence is limited in the fact that the most it can do is:

1 annoy us.

2 stop us from reading our newspapers.

3 stop us from watching television.

4 stop us from listening to our radios.

5 cause us to be hateful to telemarketers and salesmen.

6 make us spend the cash needed on their products

6 reasons are actually quite a few, but remember, I never said being controlled was exceptionally horrid.

The fact that we can control others also means we can be under that control ourselves.

the purpose of this text isn't really to show you how to control others, its suppose to show you the general idea of "social engineering".

I'll add some "stereotypes" later on which all too often are quite common in the society of today.

First, back to the topic before- adults and their television lives. You may have asked, "How could adults be more affected by television than children?"

Adults have money, usually they have credit cards or bank accounts. Grown-ups have power, they are rarely patronized and on rare and "unfair" instances are considered small and insignificant.

Lets take a look at how adults and children look at "mature" things they see in the media.

Forex

To delve deeply into Forex is an exciting adventure. Advancments in Forex can be linked to many areas. Given that its influence pervades our society, there are just not enough blues songs written about Forex. Since it was first compared to antidisestablishmentarianism much has been said concerning Forex by those most reliant on technology, trapped by their infamous history. Here begins my indepth analysis of the glourious subject of Forex.

Social Factors

There is cultural and institutional interdependence between members of any community. When J H Darcy said 'fevour will spread' [1] she globalised an issue which had remained buried in the hearts of our ancestors for centuries. While the western world use a knife and fork, the Chinese use chopsticks. Of course Forex is quite good.

Did I mention how lovely Forex is? Society is powered by peer pressure, one of the most powerful forces in the world. As long as peer pressure uses its power for good, Forex will have its place in society.

Economic Factors

There has been a great deal of discussion in the world of economics, centred on the value of Forex. We will study the Lead-a-Duck-to-Water model, making allowances for recent changes in interest rates.

Annual Military Spending vs. Forex

Clearly the graphs demonstrates a strong correlation. Why is this? My personal view is that the annual military budget will eventually break free from the powerful influence of Forex, but not before we see a standardised commercial policy for all. The financial press seems unable to make up its mind on these issues which unsettles investors.

Being like Water

A good fighter is like water, while a bad fighter is like a rock. Being like water can mean many different things while fighting. Understand all three and you will be a better fighter.

My master says that being like water is to fill the cracks of your opponent. Water goes into the lowest cracks and fills them up before another part. Attack your opponent were s/he isn't blocking, boxer/street fighters you should go for the legs or if someone has a weak arms your best chance is to attack to that side, etc. Study your opponent, don't just blindly attack him, look for areas that s/he doesn't cover, or weak body parts, or repetitive moves, these are the cracks you must fill.

Some say to be like water is to absorb the strikes and fill it back in. If you punch into water it absorbs your hit and then fills in where it was hit. If someone kicks your thigh (roundhouse to the thigh is very effective to bring the average or sometimes bigger fighter down) you mustn't drop down and cover it you have to stay strong and protect it better, ignore the pain, pain is just a feeling and feelings can be diverted like mad->sad, but instead pain->pleasure, make yourself enjoy getting punched in gut or kicked to the leg, and absorb the strike and fill in the mark that it left.

Human Love

This is an essay discussing human love, corruption, evil and hatred, and its relation to human nature. This is my philosophy; it is the product of what I have learned from other people and through observation of the world around me.The key ideas I will be supporting in the following paragraphs is that it is human nature to want to give and receive love; and a nature that must be exploited the fullest in order to rectify the current state of the world. Evil, competition, hatred and the human capabilities of such, are also woven into human nature; but only exists because it must, in order for love to exist, and must not be used.

Before I continue, I must establish exactly what love is. This is very hard, because language cannot fully describe it; and in fact it will be an understatement of love, but for the sake of this composition I will make an attempt. Love is a sense of communication, caring, and emotion, benefiting both parties exchanging it. Love is a unity between humans. Caring, forgiveness, and acceptance are forms of love. Note that love comes in many forms, and it is not always the romantic love that you are probably most accustomed to.

Human love is just that, love between humans. If we are capable of it, then it is in our human nature. The capability of love is an honorable human trait and should be exploited to the fullest; and why not exploit it? It feels glorious, both the giving and the receiving of it. It is the most powerful gift we humans have. It can and will, so long as hope continues to thrive, trump any evil act it may confront. Every single human being is capable of love, every single human has it in them; it just sometimes needs a helping hand in order to surface. Every human, deep inside, wants to experience love. Oh and on a side note, start with yourself. You are in fact a conscious human being, and loving yourself is very possible.

Goals

I want to talk to you about what might SEEM to be a very simple word..and that word is "goals".

How many people do you know in your life who even HAVE goals? Longevity studies show that people with goals live much longer lives. Goals are not just a concept. Goals are life giving! A group of doctors in Boston did a study on goals. They discovered that people without goals got sick FIVE times as often as those who HAD goals!! Before the Universe can give us anything from the abundant supply that exists for us, IT HAS TO KNOW WHAT WE WANT!!

Goals are our way of telling the Universe what we want, expect, and believe we deserve in our life.

Let's take a trip, all of us together. We get on a bus and drive to the nearest airport, we DE-BUS (love that word!), hop onto our aircraft and take off! It's dark, and all of a sudden it starts to rain. THEN it starts to hail! Lightning begins to flash! Thunder rolls!

Suddenly our Captain begins to talk to us over the intercom. (Naturally he has a deep resonant voice.) He says: "Welcome, success seekers, to flight 104. We will be flying at 30000 feet. We have NO particular destination! We're just gonna fly around in this storm for awhile till we get low on fuel, then we'll look for a place to land!"

How many of you are excited about flying with this guy??

How to Develop Multiple Personalities

WHO you are: You are one person, one body, one entire thing. You were born and you will die. Animals are the same way. But you have a better brain than an animal, learn to use it. Your brain can hold infinite information and memories.

WHAT you do: You live, work, and play. Sometimes you want to make living better by working or playing. Some secret work as in government jobs concerned with the CIA require that you learn the techniques of alter egos to fit into sticky situations. Sometimes you play, to "screw" with people to see their reactions.

Now that you know the "who" and "what" or personality, it's time to go into the specifics.

First, schitzophrenia. Big word. For those who do not know what that is, it is a mental illness that can become very destructive to not only the ill, but to the people around them. There are many forms of this illness.

What is it? One type would be believing that everything is a conspiracy, another would be regression (de-aging mentally), and the final one would be multiple personalities.

The Easiest Home-Based Business: Bed and Breakfast

There's an exciting "down-home" kind of business springing up among homeowners all across the country.

It's called Bed and Breakfast.

Basically, this is a transplant of European Hospitality, adapted and refined to the American way of doing things. To foreign visitors, it's the comfort and hospitality of home - staying overnight "with people of the land" and enjoying a hearty breakfast - without the traditional gaudiness and plastic feelings visitors get from most big cities in the United States. To U.S. citizens, it is a welcome alternative to the same old hotel/motel circuit.

Now, all it takes is a spare bedroom, a good cook and an outgoing personality. Prices per night range from a low of $50 to $200 or more.

If you have an extra bedroom, a large home, or extra space in your farm house, you have the necessary beginnings to start making extra income as a Bed and Breakfast Inn. One of the beautiful aspects of this idea is that so long as you're hosting "over night visitors" on
a small scale, no licenses will be required. It's always best, however, to check with your local authorities just to be sure.

Naturally, your "visitors" will expect a clean, neat and comfortable home. So assuming that your home meets these prerequisites, and you have a spare bedroom, simply "doll it up" a bit. Make sure it's painted brightly, there's an outside window, lots of room, closet space and bureau, and perhaps a small writing desk, and a large comfortable bed, or twin beds.

AXIOM OF A WARRIOR

In order to become a man of knowledge, one must be a warrior, not a whimpering child. One must strive without giving up, without complaint, without flinching.

One learns to act like a warrior by acting, not talking.

To be a warrior, a man has to be, first of all (and rightfully so) keenly aware of his own death. But to be concerned with death would force any of us to focus on the self, and that would be debilitating. So the next thing one needs, to be a warrior, is detachment. The idea of imminent death, instead of becoming an obsession, becomes an indifference.

Only the idea of death makes a man sufficiently detached so he is incapable of abandoning himself to anything. Only the idea of death makes a man sufficiently detached so he can't deny himself anything. He knows his death is stalking him and won't give him time to cling to anything, so he tries, without craving, all of everything.

A detached man has only one thing to back himself with - the power of his decision. He has to be the master of his choices. He must fully understand that his choice is his responsibility, and, once he makes it there is no longer time for regrets of recriminations. His decisions ares final, simply because his death does not permit him time to cling to anything.
